FIGUR Exchange Policy

If for some reason you are not happy with your FIGUR we will gladly exchange for you.

FIGUR EXCHANGES WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT PURCHASE.

All exchanges must be sent via registered or express post with all original tags, labels and packaging. Items must not have been worn. If there is evidence the item has been worn your exchange will not be accepted.

To Apply For an Exchange:

  1. Log into your account using the ‘MY ACCOUNT‘ link at the bottom of the page.
  2. Once logged in, click the ‘Orders’ link from the sidebar to the left.
  3. Find the order you wish to exchange from the list provided and click the ‘Exchange’ button.
  4. Select the item you would like to exchange.
  5. Click on ‘CHOOSE PRODUCTS’.
  6. Find the product you would like to exchange (please double check the correct size and colour).
  7. On the product page, click the ‘EXCHANGE BUTTON’ then the ‘VIEW ORDER’ button, this will take you back to the exchange form.
  8. Under ‘Subject of Exchange Request’, please select your reason for the exchange.
  9. Click the ‘Submit Request’ button.

You will receive an email once the exchange has been requested.

Once we receive your FIGUR return, we will approve your Exchange Request pending no issues.

Any monies that are owing (if the item has a balance), must be paid prior to the exchange. Please go to the dashboard (My Account) and click on the button PAY, this will direct you to pay the remaining amount.

Please allow extra time during sale/peak periods.
