Returns & Timeframes

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any eligible full-priced item for a refund or exchange.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

For Try Before You Buy orders, you have four days from delivery to decide what you’d like to keep. You can find more information below.

Please note:

  • FIGUR Bare Bodysuits cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions.

Sale & Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during Black Friday, Boxing Day, EOFY and other major promotional sales are eligible for store credit only, unless otherwise stated.

Sale prices apply only to orders placed during the promotional period. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer price adjustments or price matching for orders placed before a sale begins.

Bundle & Multi-Buy Offers

If you return part of an order purchased using a bundle or multi-buy offer, your order will be recalculated based on the items you keep.

If the original offer no longer applies, your refund or store credit will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges Made Easy

We want to make exchanges as simple as possible.

  • You’ll need to cover the cost of returning the original item to us.

  • We’ll cover the postage cost of sending your first exchange to you.

  • If you request a second exchange or later return an exchanged item for a refund, a $12 restocking will apply.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped from Australia using tracked postage.

If you need to return an item, you’ll be responsible for the cost of sending it back to Australia. For exchanges, you’ll also need to cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

FIGUR Bare Bodysuits

Due to the intimate nature and G-string design of this product, FIGUR Bare Bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be used with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Some discount codes may also be unavailable during promotional periods or sitewide sales.

For Try Before You Buy orders, CLICK HERE to complete your order or lodge a return.

If you return your entire Try Before You Buy order, a $12 Return Shipping Fee will apply. If you keep one or more items, this fee will not apply.
