Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns & Timeframes

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any eligible full-priced item for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

For Try Before You Buy orders, you have 4 days from delivery to decide what you'd like to keep. You can find more information HERE.

Please note:

  • FIGUR Bare Bodysuits cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale & Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during our Black Friday, Boxing Day, EOFY and other major promotional sales are eligible for store credit only, unless otherwise stated.

Sale prices apply only to orders placed during the promotional period. Unfortunately, we cannot offer price adjustments or price matching on orders placed before a sale begins.

Bundle & Multi-Buy Offers

If your order was placed using a bundle or multi-buy offer and you return part of your order, your order will be recalculated based on the items you keep. If the bundle offer no longer applies, your refund or store credit will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges Made Easy

We try to keep exchanges as simple as possible.

  • You'll just need to cover the return shipping cost back to us.
  • We'll happily cover the shipping cost to send your first exchange back to you.
  • If you later return an exchanged item for a refund or request a second exchange, a $12 restocking fee will apply.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped from Australia using tracked postage.

If you need to return an item, you'll be responsible for the cost of sending it back to Australia. If you're exchanging an item, you'll also be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

FIGUR Bare Bodysuits

Due to the nature of this product and its G-string design, FIGUR Bare Bodysuits are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons

Try Before You Buy

For Try Before You Buy orders,  CLICK HERE to complete your order and/or lodge a return. 

If you return your entire Try Before You Buy order, a $15 restocking fee will apply. If you keep one or more items, there is no restocking fee.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Some discount codes may not be valid during promotional periods or sitewide sales.
