If your shapewear purchase doesn’t completely meet your expectations — don’t worry, it happens, and we’ve got you covered.
If you'd like to return your item or need help finding the perfect fit and want to exchange it, we offer a 14-day window on eligible full-priced items from the date your order was received to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange to your original payment method.
Please note: Items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for a refund. Be sure to check below to confirm eligibility.
We’ll cover the shipping cost for your first exchange. If you return an exchanged item for a refund or another exchange, a $9.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

All exchanges must be sent via Registered or Express Post with all original tags and labels and MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN.
Please note that international customers will have to pay to have the exchanged item sent. Customers must also pay any price difference for exchanged items.

Due to the nature of this product and the G-string design, this item is ineligible for return for hygiene reasons.

All purchases made during our Black Friday sale period are not eligible for refunds. Any items discounted by 30% or more are not returnable for a refund; however, we’re happy to offer a store credit.
