Shipping and Despatch
We deliver to all addresses nationwide in Australia on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders are sent the following business day.
Orders placed before 5:00 am AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 am will be dispatched the following business day from our Sydney Warehouse.
Estimated time for our express post delivery to
- Metro areas is 1-2 business days
- Regional areas is 3-5 business days
- New Zealand is 5-12 business days

The shipping time frames are a guide only and we offer no guarantees or refunds on postage should Australia Post delay the shipment, and we cannot be held responsible for their delays. No refunds will be provided on shipping, should your order arrive later than expected and we are also unable to lodge requests on the customers behalf should delays occur. If a parcel does go missing and you are unable to locate your parcel via Australia Post, we ask you to reach out to us at hello@figur.com.au
International Shipping
All international orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse.
Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, including processing and transit.
International Returns
If you’d like to request a refund or exchange, simply return your order to our Australian facility. Return postage is at your cost, and you can easily lodge your return here. Once your parcel arrives back with us, we’ll process it quickly for you.
Customs & Duties
As all orders are shipped from Australia, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees when it arrives in your country.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs and cannot estimate what they may be, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
