Refund & Exchange Policy

If your shapewear doesn’t quite meet your expectations, don’t worry, it happens, and we’ve got you covered.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any eligible full-priced item for a full refund or exchange to your original payment method. FIGUR Bare body suits are not eligible for return. Orders made during a sale are returnable for GIFT CARD only

Exchanges Made Easy

  • Customers are responsible for the cost to return an order to us.

  • We’ll cover the postage to send your first exchange to you. 

  • If you return an exchanged item for a refund or second exchange, a $9.95 shipping fee will be charged

Sale & Promotional 

  • Items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Discounts of 25% or more are not refundable, but we’ll happily offer a store credit.

  • Purchases made during Black Friday, IWD or EOFY sales are also not refundable, but we can provide a store credit.

  • Sale prices apply only to orders placed during the sale period. Orders made before the sale cannot be updated to receive the discount.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Items need to be returned to Australia at the customer’s expense.

  • Customers are also responsible for covering the cost of the exchanged item being shipped back, plus any price difference between items.

FIGUR BARE BODYSUITS

  • Due to the nature of this product and the G-string design, this item is ineligible for return for hygiene reasons.

BLACK FRIDAY, EOFY & SALE ITEMS

  • All purchases made during our Black Friday sale period are not eligible for refunds. Any items discounted by 25% or more are not returnable for a refund; however, we’re happy to offer a store credit.
