We want you to absolutely love your FIGUR pieces. If something’s not quite right, don’t stress — we’re here to help.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any eligible full-priced item for a full refund or exchange to your original payment method. FIGUR Bare body suits are not eligible for return. Orders made during a sale are returnable for GIFT CARD only

Returns & Timeframes

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any eligible full-priced item for a refund or exchange.  For Try Before You Buy orders, you have 4 days to decide if you’d like to keep the shapewear. You can see more information HERE

  • FIGUR Bare Bodysuits can’t be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items purchased during a sale are eligible for store credit only, unless stated otherwise.

✨ Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges Made Easy

We try to keep exchanges as simple as possible:

  • You’ll just need to cover the return shipping cost back to us.

  • We’ll happily cover the shipping for your first exchange back to you.

  • If you later return an exchanged item for a refund or a second exchange, a $12 restocking fee will apply.

Sale & Promotional 

  • Items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Discounts of 25% or more are not refundable or exchangeable, but we’ll happily offer a store credit.

  • Purchases made during Black Friday, IWD or EOFY sales are also not refundable or exchangeable, but we can provide a store credit.

  • Sale prices apply only to orders placed during the sale period. Orders made before the sale cannot be updated to receive the discount.

International Orders

  • All orders are shipped from Australia and send via tracked postage

  • For international orders, returns will need to be sent back to Australia at the customer’s expense.

  • Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of exchanged items

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

FIGUR Bare Bodysuits

  • Due to the nature of this product and the G-string design, this item is ineligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Black Friday, EOFY & Sale Items

  • All purchases made during our Black Friday sale period are not eligible for refunds. Any items discounted by 25% or more are not returnable for a refund; however, we’re happy to offer a store credit.
