How it Works
Add to Cart: Use the Try Before You Buy button to add items to your cart.
Payment Hold: We’ll temporarily authorise the full order amount on your card. It will appear as pending and won’t be available to spend during your trial.
Try at Home: Try on your Shapewear. You'll have 4 days to try on the items.
Keep or Return: Pay for what you keep. Return everything and a $12 prepaid return-label fee applies. Keep at least one item and the return label is free. (Original shipping is non-refundable.)
Returns
If you need to return anything, we'll send you a prepaid return label to download.
Return Guidelines:
Returns must be lodged through the Try Before You Buy Customer Portal within four days of delivery. Once lodged, please post your return promptly using the prepaid return label provided.
- Returns must be lodged within four days of receiving your order.
- If you return your entire order, a $12 return shipping fee will apply to cover the prepaid label.
- If you keep at least one item, we’ll cover the cost of your return label—so there’s no return shipping fee.

Sizing and Fit
Which Skirt is best for me?
The ULTIMATE SKIRT has been designed for women over 5'5" (165cm) in height and you prefer to wear longer skirts and dresses.
The ULTIMATE MINI is great for women who are over 5'5" and prefer to wear shorter dresses, skirts or styles with slits on the side OR if you are under 5'5"/165cm, will sit just above your knee.
Ultimate Shorts
The ULTIMATE SHORTS have a high level of compression and have been designed for all day comfort and support. (Great for Postpartum Support). With a Pull Over Crotch, they are Toilet Hassle Free.
DO I CHOOSE PETITE OR TALL?
Choose PETITE FIGUR if you are 5'5" / 152cm to 5'5" / 165cm.
Choose TALL FIGUR if you are 5'5" / 165cm and above.
WHAT IF I AM 165CM - DO I CHOOSE TALL OR PETITE?
This will depend on your body type. If you are considered to have a long torso, we recommend selecting the TALL style and if you have a shorter torso choose PETITE.
Elevate Shorts
Our ELEVATE SHORTS have a firmer, more compressive fit and tend to run smaller than our Ultimate range. For the most comfortable and flattering fit, we recommend choosing one size larger than your usual dress size.
FAQs
Can I use a discount code?
Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.
How does the payment process work?
When you place a Free Home Try-On order, a temporary authorisation hold is placed on your card for the full order amount. This amount will appear as pending and won’t be available to spend during your trial. Once you finalise your order, the hold is released and you’re charged only the applicable final amount.
When will I be charged for my order?
You’ll have four days from delivery to decide what you’d like to keep or return through the Customer Portal. You’ll only pay for the items you choose to keep. If we don’t hear from you within the four-day trial period, the order will be finalised and your card will be charged for all items.
Is the return label free?
The $12 return shipping fee only applies if you return your entire order and covers your prepaid return label.
If you keep at least one item, we’ll provide your prepaid return label free of charge.
Please note that the original outgoing shipping fee is non-refundable.
Where is this service available?
Please note this service is currently only available in Australia and for our full priced items (no sale).
How do I complete my order?
Try Before You Buy orders must be completed in the Try with Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.
Returning different order types?
If you need to return items from both a Try Before You Buy order and a standard FIGUR order, please contact us at hello@figur.com.au before lodging your return.
